Today, it is no longer enough for a company to focus solely on profit. More and more customers and investors expect companies to act responsibly – caring for the environment, people, and ethical governance.
Our goal is to implement solutions that support the long-term success of the company and increase its competitiveness. ESG principles provide a strategic framework that helps assess the impact of our activities on the environment, employees, and the community. This creates a clear direction for making informed decisions that promote sustainability and responsible business practices.
Our ESG strategy focuses on three key areas: environment, social responsibility, and ethical governance. These help ensure compliance with international standards and support the company’s long-term growth and reliability. Implementing ESG principles according to best global practices not only ensures regulatory compliance but also creates value for our partners and customers. We are continuously working to make our supply chain more sustainable. Innovation, efficient use of resources, strong branding, and the development of new products are the keys to success.
Our ambition is to be a role model and leader in ESG and sustainability in our field and across Estonia.
Therefore, our biggest goal is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. 🌍
Sustainability is not just an obligation for us, but an opportunity to create value for the company, our customers, and society as a whole. We invest in green technologies, support responsible manufacturing, and collaborate with partners who share our values.
Our journey towards a more sustainable future is a continuous development process, where every step matters. Together, we can achieve more!

Arras OÜ is launching the implementation of electronic consignment documents within the framework of the E-Consignment Note integration support program. The project will be carried out from 06.08.2025 to 31.10.2025.
The adoption of the E-Consignment Note will help Arras OÜ prepare for the EU eFTI regulation, which will come into force in 2027 and requires companies to use electronic consignment documents. The system will speed up the preparation of transport documentation, reduce errors, cut down on paper use, and lower the associated CO₂ footprint.
The total cost of the project is €11,000, of which up to €9,900 will be covered by the European Union Recovery Fund under NextGenerationEU.
