1. How to become a customer of Arras?

Only wholesalers can become our customers – we do not sell directly to individuals or small businesses. To become a customer, it is necessary to agree on the product selection, delivery and sales terms, and assess the estimated sales volume in advance. This ensures optimal stock levels and fast delivery.

2. How quickly will the order be fulfilled?

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if the order is placed before 10:00 AM.

3. Can the order be placed with a later delivery date?

Yes, this is possible. Many customers plan their orders in advance – for example, an order is placed in one week, but the delivery is requested for a specific date in the following week. Quarterly orders are also common, where a larger quantity is ordered for each month at once.

4. What is the best way to display products in the store?

Our products are packaged in high-quality and durable packaging, allowing for multiple display options:

  • Directly on the shelf – Most of our partners place the packaging as a whole on shelves.

  • Open display – Some remove the packaging covers to make the products more easily accessible.

  • Loose on shelves – All products are labeled, so they can also be placed individually on shelves.

  • Special display boxes – Some resellers use their own designed display boxes where products are placed.

  • Larger products – For example, screw piles and other bulkier products are often displayed on storage areas or separate display zones.

 

This ensures that our products can be conveniently and effectively displayed according to the sales space options.

5. Can products be purchased directly from the Arras warehouse-office?
